Wedding Photography & Videography Services

All packages include: Documentary style wedding video &/or photos of ceremony &/or reception, photo retouching, color correction & video editing, downloadable hi-res photos &/or 4k edited wedding video with music.

Wedding Photo Package - $1000
5-hours of ceremony & reception, photographer with pro camera, Approx 100 high-resolution digital images, 5 hours image retouching & color correction.

Full Wedding Photo Package - $1250
7-hours of ceremony & reception, photographer with pro camera, Approx 100 high-resolution digital images, 5 hours image retouching & color correction.

Wedding Video Package - $1250
5-hours of ceremony & reception, videographer with 4k camera, 3 lavalier microphones for vows, 8 hours editing time 15 minute edited video with music.

Full Wedding Video Package - $1500
7-hours of ceremony & reception, 1 x videographer with 4k camera, 8 hours editing time for 20 minute edited video with music

Additional Hours: $125 / hour
Bride and Groom Getting Ready 3hr Minimum.

Additional Travel Time
US$0.58 per mile after 50 miles. Parking and / or valet services not included.

Booking Information

Reservation Deposit

Reservation deposit of $300 is required for general events & $500 for weddings.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable and any additional payments made towards your events balance are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Security Deposit

$500 refundable overtime/damages security deposit is due prior to arrival and is refundable immediately after your event if no damage or overtime. You must have a valid credit card on file at the time of your event.

Payments

Full balance is due 2 weeks before event date. If your event is not paid in full 2 weeks before your event your event may be cancelled.
Payment authorization form is required for all payments. All additional payments made towards your events balance are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We accept credit card, cash, check, cashapp, paypal, venmo and bank transfer. Due to the high cost of credit card processing fees Hollywood beach events has multiple payment options to avoid those extra fees. Paying with cash, cashiers check,automatic debit from bank account, cashapp or paypal friends/family will not incur any fees. All other methods of payment will have a 3% processing convenience fee added. 7% Tax added for State taxes.

Monthly/Weekly Rental

Weekdays 9:00am - Midnight
(40 people or less for 5 hours)

1 scheduled event per week anytime from 9:00am-Midnight Monday thru Thursday for 5 hours $1,000 per month with 6 month term
