Thank You For Your Interest Having Your Event At Hollywood Events!

Hollywood Events Rules

Please read our rules below and fill out the booking form detail so we can ensure your event is perfect. If you need help with this form please call or text us anytime at 786-686-1582

We only accept check payments if payment has cleared as cash at least 2 weeks before your event.

In the event of a returned check there will be a $35.00 charge.

All events MUST be paid in full 2 weeks before the event date. If event is not paid in full 2 weeks before your event, your event may be cancelled.

Cancellations must be made with minimum 90 days notice, otherwise event must be paid in full.

A refundable security deposit of $500.00 for damages or overtime is required.

Reservation deposit of $500 is required for parties & weddings.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If you must change the date of your event you may do so and must notify us more than 60 days before the event. Deposit will be applied to another similar rental, new prices may apply.

You must have a valid credit card on file at the time of your event.

7% Tax added to all events for Broward and State of FL taxes.

Alcohol must be served by our bartender, no outside bartenders. Alcohol will stop being served ½ hour before end of event. Open bar only.

No underage drinking permitted and no smoking inside the venue and no drugs allowed.

Please no sparklers, no confetti, no gum/gumballs, no powder bombs. If you need these there is an additional cleaning charge.

Please no hanging or taping anything on walls without the manager’s approval.

Renter must setup directly before the event and setup time is included in the time booked. Additional setup or breakdown time is billed at the hourly rate you booked.

Renters have 1 free hour of scheduled in venue planning time prior to event. Additional planning time is $100 per hour.

Renters have courtesy 20 minutes after rental time has ended, after 20 minutes has passed a full hour will be billed.

All items brought into the venue must be removed directly after the event.

Facility Manager is required on events with 30(+) guests.
